Positive: Reception was very easy and polite. I feel some reviews have been a bit harsh, due to people not reading correctly. It's is a small walk away but in a quiet area. The room was huge work more sockets than I could ever use, which was fantastic. Location to a supermarket 300m was great but remember in Germany they close weekends and holidays, this is normal and a bit of research when booking helps.

Negative: The rooms are soundproof but you can hear footsteps. The kitchen utensils were dirty and a new scrubbing sponge to use would have been more helpful.

Positive: Very big clean spacious apartment. Would definitely book again

Negative: No onside food but plenty of restaurants nearby so just been picky Be careful of the bar over the river next to the bridge, second drink was very watered down and when challenged they new it!

Positive: Amazingly helpful staff. Had booked for wrong dates and when i reached they took pain to find me and my family a room without any extra charge To top it, fantastic apartment with separate sitting area and 2 bedrooms and with lovely view of fort, river and cathedral

Negative: A very small concern on Open space between hall and bedroom

Positive: Very large room and room was clean. Location is good, walking distance to the town and just few minutes walking to supermarket Edeka

Negative: - at first, there was no smell in toilet until we started using the toilet and it was very gross smell. My daughter couldn't wait to shower in the huge tub but when she smelled it, she didn't want to shower anymore. - plates were dirty, some of them. So please wash them well once again before using it - stove was in a usual size for apartment but the issue was the pan was provided only one and it was too huge for the stove. In the end i could only use one cooking heat space at time. Just didn't understand why they provided that huge pan for such a small stove and its clearly seen that its not fit.

Summary: Comfortable and huge room. Great for few nights on the way
